Empowering Educators: Educhange Foundation's 3-Year Teacher Training & Capacity Building Programme at IPER

The programme currently engages teachers who work with children from underserved communities attending local government schools. Through continuous mentoring and training, we aim to strengthen classroom practices and improve learning experiences for every child.

Objectives of the Training

  • Build teachers' understanding of NEP 2020 and child-centric pedagogy.
