Nikkon Balial | Co-Founder and Strategist
Nikkon Balial is a passionate advocate and champion for gender equality and human rights, with over 5 + years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), partnerships, research, and advocacy. Her expertise lies in scaling up social impact organizations, promoting child and girls’ rights, and supporting feminist movements. She works within diverse global contexts, especially in the Majority World.
As Educhange's Co-Founder and Strategist, she believes in creating lasting impact and empowering communities holistically, especially in the arena of child development through a gender-focused lens. She believes in the power of collaboration, strategic advocacy, and evidence-based approaches to ensure that all voices—especially those of children, minorities and women—are heard and represented.

Naina Yadav | Consultant, M&E & Growth
Naina is a passionate and motivated Monitoring and Evaluation Professional with sound experience in community development, non-profit management, impact evaluation, creation of impact assessment tools, reporting and data collection. She is an intersectional feminist from the Global South focussing on human rights and women empowerment for the past 9 years.
She is currently serving as the Consultant for Educhange where she contributes to the strategy, growth and scaling up of the organizational impact.
As the Associate Consultant at CSRBOX she worked on impact evaluation projects with Yuva Unstoppable, EGF, Hero and NSE to name a few. In her previous 5 year long stint at Naz Foundation India Trust, she was involved in cross-team coordination and data management. She believes in the power of children, and the need for them to learn with joy!

Ruchira Mukherjee | Program Associate
Ruchira Mukherjee is an early-career Project Management professional with a keen eye for social impact research. She is currently associated with Educhange where she develops and implements innovative and experiential educational programs that promote social change and community empowerment among children across various age groups. She aims to create a positive impact on children, educators, and communities through play-based learning methods that provide holistic development for children.
She has completed M.A. in Sociology from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) Kolkata and has been associated with Educhange for over 2 years.

Shreya Dutta | Program Outreach & Operations Associate
Shreya leads outreach initiatives by connecting with schools, institutions, publishers, and vendors to strengthen educational programs and partnerships. She coordinates workshops, events, interactive sessions, and project implementation across schools and communities. Along with managing documentation and internal coordination, she also works on social media content, presentations, brochures, and outreach campaigns to improve engagement and visibility. She ensures smooth communication, operational flow, logistics coordination, and timely execution of organisational activities while maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders and supporting the overall growth and impact of the organisation.
