Teacher Capacity Building & Curriculum Development at Madurdaha Satyavritti Vidyalaya 2026
Educhange Foundation takes one more step ahead with a 3-year collaboration at Madurdaha Satyavritti Vidyalaya, working with 25 teachers and 300+ students on their journey towards a successful transition from vernacular to English medium mode of education.
Objectives of the Training

To strengthen teachers’ ability to teach foundational literacy and numeracy effectively through engaging and activity-based methods.

To build teachers’ confidence in using English as a medium for classroom communication, reading, and comprehension support.

To equip teachers with inclusive, play-based, and experiential teaching strategies for diverse learners.

To promote the development of the 4Cs among students — Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Curiosity.

To help teachers integrate art-based learning approaches into everyday classroom practices.

To create visually engaging and emotionally supportive classroom environments that encourage active participation and joyful learning.

To support teachers in reflecting on and adapting the existing curriculum according to students’ learning needs and contexts.

To encourage child-centered teaching practices that improve student confidence, participation, and overall learning outcomes.
