Educhange Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization based in Kolkata, West Bengal, dedicated to transforming education through our pioneering 'Curriculum through Co-Curricular' approach. Dumdum Sarvodaya Balika Vidyapith
Dumdum Sarvodaya Balika Vidyapith, a government-aided girls’ school near Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, Kolkata, is the site of our flagship government school transformation, implemented in collaboration with Concentrix CSR.

This initiative integrates climate-responsive infrastructure with experiential learning and is designed as a scalable, replicable model aligned with Schedule VII priorities in education and sustainability. It demonstrates how infrastructure, pedagogy, and community engagement can work together in a measurable and impactful way.​​

Empowering Underprivileged Youth at Begum Rokeya Shiksha Kendra
We're excited to share updates on our ongoing project Anondomon aimed at empowering 30 underprivileged young adults (grades 8-college) at Begum Rokeya Shiksha Kendra. This 18-month project, launched in January 2025, focuses on strengthening Communicative English, Digital Fluency, confidence, and creative expression.

At Educhange Book Camps, we turn reading into an adventure. These immersive camps are designed to make books come alive through hands-on activities, creative workshops, and interactions with renowned authors. It’s a place where children can dive deep into the world of literature, building their skills and love for reading in the process.
