Educhange Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization based in Kolkata, West Bengal, dedicated to transforming education through our pioneering 'Curriculum through Co-Curricular' approach. Our mission is to empower every child to excel academically, socially, and emotionally by integrating the joy of play into the classroom.

Dumdum Sarvodaya Balika Vidyapith
Dumdum Sarvodaya Balika Vidyapith, a government-aided girls’ school near Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, Kolkata, is the site of our flagship government school transformation, implemented in collaboration with Concentrix CSR.

This initiative integrates climate-responsive infrastructure with experiential learning and is designed as a scalable, replicable model aligned with Schedule VII priorities in education and sustainability. It demonstrates how infrastructure, pedagogy, and community engagement can work together in a measurable and impactful way.​​

Empowering Underprivileged Youth at Begum Rokeya Shiksha Kendra
We're excited to share updates on our ongoing project Anondomon aimed at empowering 30 underprivileged young adults (grades 8-college) at Begum Rokeya Shiksha Kendra. This 18-month project, launched in January 2025, focuses on strengthening Communicative English, Digital Fluency, confidence, and creative expression.
